Just Ship It!

I recorded a video the other day:

“How To Get More Clients Without Being Annoying Or Salesy.”

Anyway, I watched it back again the next day.

Didn’t like it.

This happens a lot. Because I’m a perfectionist.

But perfectionism is lame. It kills progress.

Perfectionism gets you nowhere. It’s a procrastinator's excuse for a lack of results.

A perfectionist says: “yEaH bUt I cAn mAkE iT bEtTeR.”

A professional says: “Good enough is good enough. Let’s just get data and fix things as more information comes in.”

So (approximately) 97.4% of the time it’s best to just ship it.

But…

…I just didn’t like the video.

So I redid it.

And now I’m uploading it.
